We would like to thank the Showcase Homes team for the wonderful work they did helping us set up a new home for Peter's parents. The team was helpful and pleasant to work with.

In the planning stages, Matt Ball went out of his way to help us make decisions on available options. He readily submitted the many changes we made to the original plan, as we changed our minds or had new thoughts about what would make a safe and comfortable home. He kept us informed of pricing and sent new copies of plans, each time we had another brainstorm. He was very friendly and patient with us, which was not easy, since there were four adults to deal with.
We were all happy when the house was delivered and it was the way we had envisioned it. We would recommend Matt and the Showcase Homes team to anyone considering a new home.

Warm greetings! We are coming up on the first-year anniversary of our house arrival at our lot in Somesville, and we want to thank you and the Showcase team for a great experience overall. We are really pleased with our home and enjoyed working with you throughout the process - you are an amazingly patient and helpful modular home professional.
We had a visit, today, from one of the flooring specialists at Phil Bouchard's company, and were very pleased with the fabulous job he did removing the bumps and wrinkles in the vinyl flooring. Thank you for arranging this follow-up repair work.

We have one final house issue that has just appeared and we would like to ask if you could keep this on file for the future. A 28 inch long ridge has developed in the ceiling of our master bedroom along the line where the two modular boxes come together. If this progresses into a full-fledged ceiling crack, we would like to be able to request repair assistance from Showcase Homes at a future date. We hope this is acceptable with you folks!

I do not mean to imply the entire process went without a hitch, however, if and when a problem did arise, both during and after construction, Showcase Homes was always quick to respond. Issues were resolved to our satisfaction without hesitation on your part.

It is amazing to think that the Harbor View Restaurant has already been in business for almost two years; it seems like just yesterday that we were breaking ground. Having had such a great experience the first time, we certainly wouldn't think twice about having Showcase Homes of Maine general contract another project for us.

I purchased a modular ranch house from Showcase Homes and it was delivered on July 1, 2011.

I designed the layout and all details of this house to meet my specific needs. Throughout the process, I was kept informed of any changes needed. I am proud to say that when the house arrived it was exactly as I had planned. I grew up in a family of carpenters and have spent most of my adult life buying and remodeling houses so I am qualified to recognize quality in materials and workmanship. This house exceeded my expectations.

My follow-up with Matt and Wyatt, KB Builders, after delivery received immediate attention.

I love my new home and am so proud to show it off. I highly recommend Showcase Homes to anyone looking for a new home. The cost compared to stick-built (which I researched fully before buying this house) is much less, yet quality was not compromised and, in some cases, is better.

Showcase Homes is amazing team! They give the best experience possible and are extremely tentative to their customers. We had been all across Maine to different companies and finally had taken a trip to Brewer and just knew it was the right place to be, we were greeted by Matt Ball who helped out every step of the way. We took a floor model and switched the design around to give us exactly what we needed. We went to see our home in process in South Paris, Maine which was one of the best experience seeing most people don't get that opportunity. We used a mix of our own contractors and Showcase Homes contractors and they were great and flexible to work with. Any questions we had were answered immediately and where taken care of right away by either Matt, Andy or the contracting folks! WE Highly Recommend Showcase homes to anyone looking for a home.

We had a great experience with Showcase Homes service team. Cory and Guy were great people to work with. Guy arrived on time and fixed everything on our list and taught us how to use some of the new conveniences

Walked through all the homes and they are beautiful. Matt was great and very knowledgeable.

We recently moved to Maine and in light of the shortage of homes on the market we considered buying a home from Showcase Homes. However, we could not find a suitable piece of property in a decent time frame and purchased an existing home.

Modular homes are a great option for those who have access to property. Showcase Homes sells a quality product, and the staff was very friendly while we explored all of our options.

I would recommend Showcase Homes, their team care about the customer and go above and beyond to provide great service. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns throughout the entire home buying process. The service team work hard to address any concerns with the home.

This was a refreshingly straightforward experience. From the sale, installation, then follow-up, taking care of minor issues created from the transport. Showcase was consistent and prompt in meeting their commitments from start to finish. I would reccomend these folks. Courteous, competent, and professional.

We got our house from Showcase Homes in 2005 and Peter Murray was our awesome salesman. We love our house so much. Peter was so helpful and patient as I made many changes during the process! In fact, we still keep in touch from time to time. I would highly recommend Peter Murray and Showcase Homes. They are the best!

From starting with Peter Murray in sales, with his extensive knowledge, and awesome personality, to Andy and Aaron Ball, to Dave Dauphinee, and the whole team, these guys are AWESOME! We had the BEST experience ever. Communication was great, expectations were set, and met, and we could not ask for a better process. Service after the sale is great too. I had a MINOR issue, I texted Dave on Sunday, they were here Tuesday to fix it. Not to mention we're 2 hours away from them. I would highly recommend these guys, they're THE BEST!

Great people to deal with , plenty of selection

I started working with Matt in February of this year and we are now comfortable and happy in our new Eagle River double wide. We get compliments on it frequently ! Matt was with me every step of the way, with patience and kindness. He was happy to answer all my questions. His finish carpenter, Leon, was outstanding and everyone, from the electricians to the well drillers were fantastic ! The service manager, Cory has been very helpful as well, along the way! I highly recommend Matt and Showcase Homes, if you want great customer service and quality work, which is very hard to find in today's world ! Great job guys ! ?

We were dubious about Showcase because of some of the reviews. However, Matt Ball made our experience choosing a home easy, and his team came through in getting our home set up in record time. Shoutout to Dave, Nick, and Fred for the excellent service- they are awesome!!! The crew that delivered the house was fun, kind, and efficient. We are EXTREMELY happy we chose Showcase Homes!

Please remember that people often think to write a review when they have a negative experience, but not when they have a positive one. I have met many people who have had great experiences with Showcase. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have been to many places throughout the state, and they have some of the better homes we have looked at ! We have walked close to 50 and I think we will be back here for our future home! Big thanks to Showcase for being responsive online and being accommodating through a pandemic

Dave Dauphinee & Showcase Homes are ultimate professionals! Dave worked with my elderly mother & me to get her in a beautiful, quality made single wide. Dave knows his business & was spot on with all home details & time estimates. He is honest, kind & patient. Dave & Showcase have been quickly responsive to even the smallest tweak since delivery of the home. Thanks & highest regards Dave & Showcase!
